Shipping Charges

In case, due to any reason whatsoever, the delivery partner causes any monetary loss to the consumer, the delivery partner shall be liable for the same, and LUCE & OMBRA disclaims all responsibility arising out of such circumstances.

LUCE & OMBRA shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transportation disruptions, governmental restrictions, pandemics, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

• The product is unused and in original condition
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact

Returns that do not meet these conditions shall not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

• Discounted or sale items
• Products showing signs of wear or damage

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of the refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
